Welcome to JMA Mobile Diesel Repair Services LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile diesel repair services, including all communications, scheduling, payments, and service-related interactions.

1. Service Overview We offer on-site diesel repair and maintenance services. Our standard rates are as follows:

$105 Service Call Fee (non-refundable, due at time of dispatch confirmation)

$125 per hour for labor (billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour)

Parts, fluids, and specialty tools or equipment may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed to the customer prior to use.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

All service appointments are scheduled based on availability.

The Service Call Fee is required to confirm scheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept major credit/debit cards and approved invoicing for commercial clients.

Late payments are subject to a 5% monthly late fee.

4. Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on all labor performed.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or third-party repairs.

Parts warranty is limited to the manufacturer’s policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for consequential damages, lost income, or vehicle downtime due to unforeseen issues.

Our liability is strictly limited to correcting defective workmanship within the 30-day warranty period.

6. Communication Consent By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by phone and email. If you later opt into text (SMS) communications, you agree to receive automated and manual texts for scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and service updates.

You can opt-out of text communications at any time by replying STOP.

7. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

Misrepresent the condition or location of your vehicle

Fail to pay for completed services

Abuse, harass, or threaten any technician or staff

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who violates these terms.

8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on our website or provided upon request. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
